Luyanda Ngongoma

Luyanda Ngongoma is  a 26 year old junior medical doctor, currently serving her community service year in Gauteng. She is one the forum’s most recent additions, joining in 2021.

She has special interest in issues dealing with :

• Health systems change
• Health advocacy and,
• Mental healthcare (especially for the healthcare workforce). 

Luyanda’s greatest accomplishment is surviving South Africa’s challenging yet exciting healthcare landscape. She is grateful for the opportunity to learn and channel her advocacy towards creating exciting health and wellness themed projects under the Shapers umbrella.
