Maximilian Khoza

An African millennial determined to build and grow businesses with extraordinary African entrepreneurs as an original thinker and community leader. Maximilian is an investment professional passionate about creating a world where communities are financially included and build leadership and innovation capability to address our environmental crisis. In former lives, he was a strategy consultant with the Accenture Strategy and managed a social enterprise accelerator. 

Maximilian advises international organizations on various investment deals and is currently working alongside an Oxford associate fellow and Accion investment officer to build a platform for impact investing. As part of the Global Shaper community, Maximillan firmly believes that we can only inject entrepreneurship and wealth creation into our economy if we begin at a community level. He currently co-leads two projects today, Shaping Entrepreneurship and Shaping Policy which both focus on teaching and establishing financial literacy in entrepreneurship and educational systems.
