Penelope Gregoriou

By trade, Penelope is an investment analyst at an asset management firm. Her work is focused on research, impact reporting, B2B marketing, and supporting new business development. She has held a position on the firm’s Accelerated Catalyst programme, a junior board that shadows and works with business executives to drive sustainable strategy and innovation further. 

Penelope also sits on a diversity and inclusion forum where she focuses on frameworks and interventions targeting improved inclusion in the workplace and creating a better working environment and experience for specific groups.

Penelope’s educational background includes international relations, political science, and corporate governance.

She is also a fellow of the 2021 cohort of the UN Young SDG Innovators Programme, an accelerator programme designed for young professionals and changemakers to rethink traditional business models, achieve breakthrough innovation, and unlock opportunities towards the shared goal of achieving the 17 SDGs.
